About

Photographer, Photojournalist, Picture Editor, Traveller and Lover.

My work is primarily people-based and, as soon as I have the opportunity, I live in my photo stories which are my main passion. I am Italian and I speak English fluently, I work as a freelance and I live in Lugano, Switzerland.

From 2005 I have been a full time member of the EUROPEAN PRESS FEDERATION and of TAU VISUAL ASSOCIAZIONE NAZIONALE FOTOGRAFI PROFESSIONISTI.

I love to cover a wide range of works including corporate photography, travel photography, pr photography, event photography, photography for book publishers, editorial photography and wedding photography but I love to get involved in the art of visual story telling where in the years I became an expert by develloping also teaching and picture editing experience.

My photographic journey started in March 1999 when I discovered an old Nikon in the bottom draw of my ex girlfriend’s flat. Since then my cameras have became an active part of my life……a way to document stories and feelings quite impossible to explain just with words.

“My camera is an excuse to get everywhere, to be there on time, being a witness and ask questions. A way to visually understand my evolving life experience and to communicate words from my heart, the only way I know to reflect myself thought my stories. If you look carefully you will find in them a part of me.”

I travelled intensively around the world trying to make photojournalistic sense of this evolving social environment called planet Earth. An with great pleasure I can announce to you……..I am still on my way…may be I will see you around soon.
